Happy Halloween! Here are a couple pictures of a cake that Lita made for the Halloween party at Golden Lotus Lodge O.T.O. This pumpkin cake recipe is four layers of pumpkin bread, and for the frosting pumpkin butter puree was mixed with cream cheese frosting. The pumpkin stem was a biscotti and the leaves are waffle cookies with green food color veins. Fun and yummy! (Photos by Carly Burks)
